Delivery estimates provided on our website or during the ordering process are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

If your order is delayed, damaged or appears to have been lost during delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate the issue with the delivery provider.

We will not use this section to exclude any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

In addition to your statutory consumer rights, we offer a 30-day returns period for eligible products.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Returned products should be unused and in a condition suitable for resale, where the reason for return is simply a change of mind.

Our 30-day returns policy does not remove or replace your statutory rights.
